ez and i went home this past weekend.
it was great. absolutely great.
i'll take every opportunity i can to play farm girl.
fortunately it was beef calving season!
if you've never experienced this before it's like going for an easter egg hunt on a 4wheeler.
if you don't know, every calf is born like this:
ok, so maybe not. but it would be a lot easier if they came w/ ear tags already in!
new calves really look like this:
this little guy is brand new---going to stand up for the 1st time.
where is my momma? oh there she is!
momma says----no way you're touching my baby
getting stuff ready
tagging (sorry dad--- i can't tag them w/out holding their head!)
happy again---
