these last few weeks have taken forever on the laundry room. the hand sanders are much cheaper than electrical.... the only downfall is that i have weenie arms. nevertheless....somehow the walls are DONE!
here's a rough time line:
dallas puts up last piece of sheetrock (ya know, the one in the middle of the wall that everyone will see when they first walk in) and there is a whole the size of 4 quarters, which he said "you can mud that!!!" and i rolled my eyes.
he jigged up a little system to make the mudding process a little easier for me:
then we... (I...andi!!!) jc'd everything, corners, sanded..
and sanded
and sanded some more
(these are some smooth walls)
(look for the giant gaping 4 quarter sized hole in the wall... not there anymore!)
primed
and painted
