you have to look closely but my phone is always between 12-15 minutes behind. yes, its VERY annoying!

There should be a setting somewhere that lets you decide if you want to use "network time" or set it yourself. It's probably in the "cog" menu on the Blackberry. Look for date/time or something similar.
I will take a look at my old Blackberry to see if I can find the setting.
